About Package Types
*Ski packages include skis, boots & poles.
Ski boots are available from a child's size 8 to an adult's size 17.
*Snowboard packages include board, boots, and strap-in bindings.
Snowboard boots are available from a child's size 13 to an adult's size 16.
Beginner Ski Package
All-mountain skis by Rossignol, our standard skis are a beginner shape ski for easy turning and control.
Sport Ski Package
Our sport skis are a more responsive ski for advancing and intermediate skiers. Our sport ski package comes with a premium boot which is stiffer with increased responsiveness.
Performance Ski Package
Our performance packages are all-mountain and carving skis for a more dynamic skier with sharper turns and technique. Our performance package comes with a premium boot which is stiffer with increased responsiveness.
Snowboard Package
Burton twin tip freestyle boards, all packages are equipped with strap-in bindings.
Tuning & Repair
Need a hot iron wax or a slight tune? A binding adjustment or did you damage your sliding surface? We're here to help. Our team in the Tuning & Repair Shop can service your equipment typically with a same-day turnaround. We also offer overnight drop-off so you don't have to miss a minute on the hill. Season passholders get 15% off all services. You must be able to verify your season pass RFID card upon payment.

Rental Policies
Online Rental Reservations
Online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.
Online Redemptions
Upon arrival, please visit our Granite Peak Ticket Windows to redeem your online order or to purchase your rentals upon arrival, prior to picking up equipment at our Rental Shop. Have your itinerary number ready for our agents and your paperwork filled out to expedite the process. If taking a lesson plan to be onsite 60-90 minutes before your scheduled lesson time.
Rental Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be changed or refunded by calling 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% rebooking or cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.
ONLINE CUSTOMER CREDIT POLICY
A credit only holds the value of the product they are issued for. If a credit is used to purchase a product at a lower price, the credit will hold the remaining balance for future use within the time frame the credit is valid. If the credit is used to purchase a product at a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference in value. Credits may only be used to purchase packages, lessons, lift tickets, and/or rentals. Credits may NOT be used for events, food & beverage, tuning, or retail purchases.
Return Policy
Rentals are to be returned to the rental building no later than 30 minutes after lifts close. Lost, unreturned, or damaged equipment is subject to damage fees at the discretion of management.
