Abundant snow, perfect grooming

Mother nature surely gave us an advantage with a north facing mountain to accumulate early snowfalls and late season snow. Granite Peak adds to this natural abundance with one of the most powerful and sophisticated snowmaking systems in Mid-America. Over 500 snowguns operate regularly to ensure superb skiing November through April.

This incredible and diverse terrain is served by the most modern lift system in the Midwest including seven new chairlifts and three high-speed lifts that make nearly all of our runs serviced by high speed lifts.

To Granite Peak’s grooming crew, manicuring the mountain is almost a religion. We maintain excellent ski conditions around the clock with our eight Snowcat groomers that are rolling seven days a week buffing trails into perfect corduroy. The moguls and terrain park have their own dedicated staff so they remain in top condition at all times.
